A leading digital streaming network is looking for a Coordinator. The successful candidate will perform administrative tasks such as update Excel restrictions charts, clear products, and prepare MPO emails. The ideal candidate has familiarity with Salesforce. Coordinator Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $23/hr
  • Worksite: Leading digital broadcasting and media company (Los Angeles, CA 90036) 
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PSL

Coordinator Responsibilities: 

  • Update Excel restrictions charts, clear products, and prepare MPO emails.
  • Run basic reports out of TFS, DMS, and Salesforce, 
  • Manage SO’s & CO’s for the SO Meetings, including moving files in SharePoint and updating Salesforce.
  • Prepare legacy systems to access forms, update spreadsheets, locate SO/CO documents for audits, assist with data clean-up in IPC. 

Coordinator Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Good SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Detailed oriented.

Job Type: 

  • 37.5 hours/week, 1 Month Assignment
