A leading digital streaming network seeks a Data Coordinator to support a rights management and tracking initiative by organizing and standardizing licensing data across platforms, enabling accurate deal tracking and supporting the implementation of Rightsline in collaboration with licensing and rights management teams.

Contracts Data Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Receive and track deal memos and licensing agreements.
• Review historical licensing agreements to extract relevant data and consolidate it into a centralized system (e.g., Airtable).
• Standardize and organize inconsistent data across multiple streaming platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support Rightsline system implementation.
• Collaborate with Content Strategy, Insights, and Rights Management teams to align data and processes.
• Support tracking, budgeting, and execution of licensing deals through organized data management.

Contracts Data Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets, data entry, or data management systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage large volumes of information.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accountability in project-based work.
