The successful candidate will lead client relationships by delivering strategic advertising guidance, optimizing campaign performance, and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Client Solution Manager Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns and marketing programs to meet client goals.
- Manage all aspects of clients’ media campaigns, including targeting, implementation, creative quality, performance optimization, and ROI reporting.
- Design and execute account plans using technology and data to meet revenue goals.
- Provide client onboarding and ongoing platform education and support.
- Drive adoption of new products and partner integrations to enhance client success.
- Collaborate with product teams to improve service offerings and campaign management tools.
- Ensure customer needs are understood and met through strategic consultation.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by providing a best-in-class customer experience.
- Proactively identify and solve client challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Insights, Marketing, Media Operations) to support campaign activation and client objectives.
- Serve as a consultative seller to drive renewals and grow client investments.
Client Solution Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- 2+ years of auction-based or programmatic campaign management and optimization experience (i.e. Google Ads, SEO/PPC, ad exchange/trading desks).
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs).
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or related ticketing systems.
- Demonstrated analytical background and experience with statistical analysis, return on investment modeling, and advertising/media analytics.
- Ability to think strategically with a proven track record of achieving results by connecting a customer’s pressures with data-driven products and solutions.
- Demonstrated understanding of internet advertising technology and marketing automation.
