Business Operations Analyst 7103 

The Monetization Team is looking for an Operations Analyst for a key role working on new initiatives that span across business lines. This Monetization Operations Analyst will have authority over customer-facing deal pricing, enhancing deal processes, and partnering closely with our sales teams in order to close strategic deals with our top customers. Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with sales professionals across all levels to structure and execute on strategic enterprise-wide deals
  • Drive iterative process innovation to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Educate sales professionals on processes and best practices to improve performance
  • Leverage large datasets to gather insights on customer proposals and reports to senior leadership prioritizing data integrity
  • Guarantee that deals follow proper revenue, legal, and operational guidelines to maintain pricing integrity
  • Build productive relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Deal Desk & Finance teams

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a pricing, sales operations, customer support or other operations role
  • Fluency with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Independent self-starter
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organizations
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with management
  • Experience processing a high volume of transactions with proficiency, accuracy and integrity
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptable to rapid change in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Previous exposure to Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Compassionate team player

$40-$50 Per Hour         San Francisco, CA 94105          6 Month Assignment
