The Digital Customer Engagement program is a multi-year effort to deliver a unified, seamless customer experience leveraging technology-driven business processes and systemic improvements. This role will work directly with program leadership and workstream leads to identify future state processes and experiences while also driving a unified user acceptance testing plan to ensure value is delivered with quality every quarter (program increment). Leveraging agility best practices, this self starter will be an integral part in identifying the future state and helping deliver the value through frequent releases.      



  • Define User Acceptance Test Strategy & Plan
  •  Ensure content and structure of all Testing artifacts are documented and maintained
  • Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all testing processes as per organization standards
  • Check/review/update the Test Case documents
  • Track scope and requirement changes
  • Act as the single point of contact between program and multiple working teams for testing
  •  Track and prepare the report of testing activities like results, case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and status, performance baselines, etc.
  • Prepare/update metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of training
  • Participate in Program Increment (PI)I Planning, Pre- and Post-PI Planning, & Solution Demos

Business Analyst:

  • Identify business process improvement opportunities
  • Identify and define business requirements
  • Facilitative process design sessions
  • Analyze and map business processes (current/future state)
  • Analyze process and data to identify gaps

  • Operate within an Agile environment and manage creation of user stories
  • Proficient at multitasking with a high level of initiative
  • Ability to leverage multiple test tracking tools such as Excel, Smartsheeets, JIRA, etc.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • 3 years experience with SaaS technologies
  • 5 plus years of proven experience in a Business Analyst, Test Lead or Systems Development capacity
  • College Degree

$35 per hour                        Remote (Preference for Chicago based Candidates)                      12 Month Assignment
