A leading medical institution is seeking an Application Analyst to support the design, maintenance, optimization, and implementation of clinical software applications within an Epic environment.

• Troubleshoot, maintain, optimize, and provide ongoing support for existing Epic applications while resolving complex application issues and ensuring reliable system performance.
• Design, build, test, implement, and support new application functionality and modules, collaborating with business owners, vendors, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze clinical and operational workflows to evaluate business requirements, recommend system enhancements, and ensure applications align with organizational policies and operational needs.
• Support key application initiatives, upgrades, security efforts, system optimization projects, and module implementations while maintaining accurate documentation and testing activities.
• Develop in-depth expertise across assigned Epic applications and provide technical guidance, issue resolution, and production support for end users and stakeholders.

Application Analyst Qualifications:

• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification.
• Epic Security certification or relevant Security experience is preferred.
• Epic Kaleidoscope certification or experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Outpatient Rehabilitation, Dermatology, and Bones Epic Knowledge Tracks is preferred.
• Experience supporting Epic clinical applications, application troubleshooting, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization.
• Understanding of clinical workflows, business analysis, and application support within a healthcare environment.

Shift:

• Remote: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some additional hours as needed.
