ACX QA Engineer 921265 

We are looking for  an experience QA Engineer to review submitted audiobooks. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, work autonomously and follow rigid step-by-step workflow processes. QA Engineer Pay and Benefits:

QA Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Review submitted audiobooks to ensure adherence to requirements
  • Communicate with internal teams to push titles further along towards retail
  • Communicate with and advise providers who’s submitted titles do not meet our requirements
  • Respond to ACX Producers and Rights Holders with audiobook production-related questions
  • Process and track audio revision requests, update internal tracking documents
  • Contribute to content that supports our producer educational efforts 

QA Engineer Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three to five years’ experience working within a media production environment, at least two years of experience in project-flow management is a plus
  • Knowledge and familiarity with Digital Audio Workstations, Advanced Excel/VBA/Power Query
  • Audiobook production experience strongly preferred
  • Software development experience
  • Experience teaching VO production techniques and/or explaining the complexities of audio production to the uninformed 


  • Monday-Friday

Job Type: 

  • 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment
