A leading audio entertainment technology company is seeking an Account Manager to be responsible for providing a high level of client service support and serving as a key contributor to the Sales team. You’ll manage accounts and maximize the performance of advertisers in their portfolios. 

Account Manager - Digital Marketing Job Type:

Account Manager - Digital Marketing Responsibilities:  

  • Provide pre-sale research/data and media planning experience in partnership with Account Executives for client portfolios
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of larger ongoing accounts and campaigns to meet revenue goals and reduce customer churn (turnover)

  • Develop, implement, and manage sales optimization and retention strategies

  • Educate advertisers on effective campaign solutions to drive sales/ business goals

  • Proactively optimize digital campaigns to achieve targets

  • Generate reports and interpret campaign and account performance data to determine sales effectiveness

  • Develop and provide customer-focused communications on sales performance including the effectiveness of targeting and strategy

  • Liaise with Sales, Ad Operations, Creative Services, and others regarding planning and prioritization to assist in the execution of the campaigns

  • Attend and participate in training and planning sessions

  • Support and adhere to company processes, policies, procedures, and standards of performance

Account Manager - Digital Marketing Qualifications: 

  • 1+ year experience in digital/radio/mobile advertising operations or sales support
  • 2+ years in online advertising or 3 years in a relevant field required
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of the execution and optimization of digital products such as SEM, Network display, pre-roll video, paid social advertising (e.g. Facebook), SEO, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing and presenting data in an easy-to-interpret format
  • Experience in site research tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, ComScore, etc.)
  • Ability to monitor effectiveness and make recommendations that result in effective advertiser solutions
  • Ability to generate reports, business correspondence, and presentations
  • Must have good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other programs such as CRM software
