Inventory Manager

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for oversight of all assets that are owned by the company, ensuring they are correctly entered into our inventory management software (Lightning) and managed appropriately on a day-to-day basis in conjunction with the warehouse and property teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily return of assets to their designated locations, maintaining an organized inventory system.
Tag and mark all purchased equipment accurately, then enter details into Lightning as assets, ensuring alignment with corresponding purchase orders.
Communicate completion of asset entries to team members who may need this information for their operations.
Collaborate with the Financial Controller to update CMI records for CapEx purchases (assets over $2,500), and confirm accuracy on an annual basis.
Ensure equipment goes through the QC process. Any asset that is not in working order gets tagged and moved into maintenance, for repair, in a timely manner.
Assist warehouse staff with Equipment SOAP list “equipment Still Out After Partial-return” report.
Lead monthly sync with Operations Director, Warehouse Manager, and Resource Manager to review missing and maintenance equipment.
Oversee all inventory asset removals, ensuring equipment is correctly removed from Lighting, and if required CMI as well.
Manage the sales of retired inventory.
Direct supervisor of the Bench Engineer. Prioritizing their schedule on repairs and servicing of equipment for the company's best utilization.
Job qualifications
2+ years of AV operations and technician operations of AV equipment.
Basic knowledge of all audio equipment in the department and how it is packaged.
Basic knowledge of all general equipment in the department and how it is packaged.
Knowledge of Warehouse operations.
Knowledge and use of an inventory system.
Previous experience managing a team.
Must be self-motivated, responsible, dependable, adaptable, problem-solving skills, and must possess excellent client relationship/interacting skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and have excellent organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills; managing multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively handling stressful situations while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Must be willing to work the hours that the warehouse is required to get all shows in and out.
