Director of Product Management, Identity Management

Job Description

As the Director of Product Management, Identity Management, you will lead the product strategy and development of the new Identity product.  You will lead a cross-functional scrum team and manage its product backlog to deliver product increments that empower millions of people to take control of their digital identity, helping Spokeo make the world around us more transparent.  This position reports to the Head of Product.


Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the product development and business performance of the Identity product

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to develop the product strategy and roadmap for the Identity product

  • Own the product backlog and lead a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver impactful product increments

  • Develop and optimize the user acquisition funnels to improve the conversion rate

  • Develop and deliver more product values to improve user retention and lifetime value

  • Leverage business analysis and data-driven insights to improve user experiences

  • Manage projects, epics, stories, bugs, and tests in JIRA, Confluence, and other tools


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, Product Design, or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of experience with product management, product development, and agile software development

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity Protection, Identity Management, or other Identity-related industries

  • 3+ years experience with business analysis, data analysis, or web analytics

  • Experience with user experience and product design 

  • Experience with digital marketing and customer acquisition

  • Great skills in communication and stakeholder management
