Key Responsibilities:

● Design and implement generative AI models, including the Predactiv language and people models, to serve as the core intelligence of our Intelligent Data Platform.

● Develop and refine algorithms that enable the virtual data assistant and goal-driven agents to autonomously generate code, orchestrate actions, and provide real-time insights and solutions.

● Collaborate with data scientists and software developers to integrate generative AI capabilities with existing data structures and software components.

● Conduct extensive testing and validation to ensure the platform's performance and accuracy, focusing on flexibility, customization, and real-time responsiveness.

● Lead the customization and fine-tuning of AI models to meet specific client requirements and industry needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.

● Minimum of 5 years experience in AI and machine learning model development, preferably with a focus on NLP and generative models.

● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools.

● Strong understanding of data structures, foundational model concepts, and AI training techniques.

● Demonstrated ability to design complex software systems, integrating flexible AI-driven components and user interfaces.

Desirable Skills:

● Experience with cloud technologies and big data platforms.

● Knowledge in data privacy and security protocols.

● Previous work with virtual assistants or intelligent agent systems.
