The Contract Technical Recruiter will join a fun and energetic HR team which beliefs in creating a nimble and dynamic Talent Acquisition organization focused on finding top talent and shaping the future of a great company. The recruiter will work directly with hiring managers and their teams to identify and hire talent for a variety of roles in Technology including Product Management, Sales, Marketing and G&A.

Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle recruiting for sales and operation roles
  • Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, Facebook and other online, social media, events
  • Innovate use of various on and off-line products and tools to attract key talent for your searches
  • Drive candidate screening, interview & offer process
  • Communicating with candidates/managers throughout the process; ensuring a positive experience
  • Develop a hiring manager and internal relationships with key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at start-ups in programmatic/Data/Adtech companies
  • The ability to influence without authority and a bias toward action
  • Strong business acumen and competitive market awareness
  • Experience with any ATS
  • The ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels
  • Direct/boolean sourcing, using LinkedIn, and other approaches (flash mob, hackathons, meetups)
  • Basic knowledge and compliance of HR laws: EOE, HIPPA, CIS
