Summary: The Customer Service Administrator provides outstanding customer service to customers and potential customers. Receives incoming calls and emails. Provides product and order information, such as, but not limited to, availability, status, and tracking information. Responsible for processing credit paperwork in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responds to customer inquiries and concerns immediately and facilitates a satisfactory resolution.
  • Completes tasks received from the Customer Service help desk
  • Provides order status and shipment delivery information on emailed orders
  • Completes credit and RMA paperwork for Customer Service department. Includes scheduling pickups for returned items
  • Assists with internal inquires and concerns from Sales Managers and Sales Representatives in the company
  • Assists with web order processing after holidays, when a coworker is absent and when overflow occurs
  • Responsible to handle overflow phone calls when needed or during a crisis
  • Assists walk-in customers when directed
  • Assists with billing when necessary or requested by the manager
  • Reviews and edits Customer Service open order reports
  • Attends branch and team meetings and training sessions    

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent
