CNC Saw Operator

Position Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Saw Operator to cut material to its required finished product. This position will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling and operation of various machines and sawing operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate saw equipment to cut plastic sheet, rod, and other materials to specified dimensions for our Fabrication Branch.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, measurements, and production instructions.
• Measure materials accurately using appropriate measuring tools.
• Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality.
• Package and prepare completed material for shipment or transfer to the Fabrication Branch.
• Perform supply chain transfers of materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience operating saws or working in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to safely handle and move materials.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a 2nd shift schedule. Monday – Wednesday
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Manufacturing or plastics experience is a plus.
