Innovative TPA service, PayerFusion Holdings LLC seeks a personable, efficient and committed Customer Service Specialist, fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish a plus, but not required). Candidates are to be proficient in claim processing technology, which coupled with our unique healthcare cost containment methodologies will be have a sharp advantage in the field. - Effectively acting as a liaison providers and insurance companies.
- Etiquette oriented communications via email and telephone capable of high-end interaction with medical providers and in-house case management department.
- Must be fully proficient in the use of the Portuguese language- written and spoken communication Experience:
- Act as a point of contact using Portuguese and English both written and oral, ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
- ICD 10 and CPT 4 knowledge and an understanding healthcare forms: UB 04 & CMS 1500
- Proficient in all functions of Microsoft Office and similar tools including e-mail platforms, excel, crystal reporting and other common programs.
- Quality driven self-starter that is responsible with excellent follow-up skills.
- Previous expertise in the medical field such as international or domestic health insurance companies, HMO plans with authorizations, patient referrals and/or customer service/sales.
