Summary

Provide support to the C-Suite with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization. This is a part-time hourly position.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization

Projects including but not limited to:

  • Travel Arrangements
  • Agenda Creation
  • Committee and Group Liaison
  • Event Planning
  • Expense Reports
  • Drafting High Level Communications
  • Complex Calendar Scheduling
  • Logistics for Training and Development

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and
  • DocuSign
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Business sense - has a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
  • Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible on a consistent basis.
  • Excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability and temperament to work with sensitive information.
  • Team player - have team-oriented experience and approach.
  • Service focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations of the CEO and other senior executives by maintaining effective relationships with interested parties.
