Pacific Program Management (PPM) is looking for a Delivery Project Coordinator in Seattle, WA to support the Move and Launch team. You will be working on several smaller scale move projects; up to 10 people.  This includes furniture audits, pre-post project walk-throughs, program and project tracking from inception through the close-out process.  You will be meeting with clients to present move information and working on project scope. You will be owning the entire timeline of project delivery. You will partner with a variety of vendors and ensure vendor accuracy.  You will interact with strategic planning and vendor partners and submit documentation once form is vetted.  

 You will be given the tools to successfully partner with the clients and team.  We will look to you for process efficiency and how to mitigate risks for any projects. You are a big picture thinker and eager to grow.  You will have a lot of opportunity for growth. You will be around a strong supportive team and fun culture.

Fast forward a year, what will you be doing? 

You can identify teams needs and risks. You support all your Project Manager’s in some capacity at various stages of their projects.  You streamline processes and create an efficient workflow. You help facilitate program development with duties including administration and documentation.    You have received great feedback from clients. You have successfully partnered with multiple vendors.

How will you get there?

 

30 days: 

  • Meet and get to know the team
  • Familiarize yourself with PPM’s systems, tools and processes
  • Go over all the specifics of kick off meetings
  • Get familiar with where the buildings are
  • Trained on how to do a quote and invoicing
  • Learn and begin to embody the PPM culture and brand

60 days:  

  • Understand and dive into program documentation.
  • Work on project tasks   

120 days:

  • Run independently
  • Confidence in your ability
  • Taking context and produce collateral

 What you will need:

  • 2+ years of related experience in project support and coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface with clients effectively
  • You thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment
  • You are a team player who has a can-do attitude.  
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and be proactive
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, or similar software programs
