Role Summary

We are seeking a visionary Head of Strategy to define the gold standard of great strategy at Noble People. This leader will ensure that strategy is not just a deliverable, but a driving force that unlocks business growth, innovation, and transformational results for our clients. The Head of Strategy will architect a strategic platform that provides the tools, templates, and frameworks Product Leads need to build and deliver world-class strategic recommendations themselves, rather than creating a siloed strategy team. This role requires a deep understanding of the data and insights that provide the most valuable "unlocks" for growth, and the ability to guide data and insights teams toward surfacing the most critical findings to fuel innovative, go-to-market solutions. The Head of Strategy will also define the core tenets of strategy, ensuring that every recommendation is rooted in bold, creative thinking, data-driven insights, and business impact.

You've Got the Evidence to Back This Up

  • At least 8 years of strategic planning experience in a media company, creative agency, or consultancy.
  • Case work and awards that demonstrate the ability to turn research into business driving results.
  • A strong client following.
  • Deep expertise in market analysis, audience segmentation, and consumer insights.
  • Experience integrating AI and technology-driven solutions to optimize strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to define messaging and positioning across the consumer journey.


Essential Functions: Other Duties May Be Assigned.

Leadership & Development

  • Lead and oversee Noble People’s Strategy discipline, ensuring strategic excellence, innovation, and business impact.
  • Develop and implement a scalable strategy platform, equipping Product Leads with the tools, templates, and frameworks needed to deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Train and mentor Product Leads, coaching them into acting as Strategy Leads, while also developing dedicated strategists to support them.
  • Establish clear strategy discipline benchmarks, ensuring a structured yet flexible approach to strategic planning and execution.
  • Create training programs, guidelines, and best practices for developing strategists and Product Leads, embedding strategic excellence across teams.
  • Represent the agency as a high-impact contributor in new business pitches and strategic presentations.
  • Provide strategic oversight and feedback to Noble People’s Audience practice, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.

Strategic Excellence & Innovation

  • Define and uphold the gold standard of strategic thinking at Noble People, ensuring all work is rooted in bold creativity, data-driven insights, and tangible business outcomes.
  • Drive AI integration within strategy, advancing a “platform” organizational structure that enhances efficiency and innovation.
  • Select and manage key data partners, research tools, and technology solutions in collaboration with fellow discipline leads.
  • Maintain and evolve Noble People’s Strategy POV, publishing thought leadership that reflects emerging trends, consumer behavior shifts, and media innovation.
  • Guide data and insights teams to surface the most valuable findings that drive business growth, ensuring insights translate into actionable, transformative strategies.
  • Lead and facilitate ideation sessions, aligning cross-functional teams on strategies that shape media, creative, and go-to-market approaches.

Client & Business Leadership

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, ensuring all recommendations align with their business and marketing objectives.
  • Champion a collaborative, high-performance environment , fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and measurable impact.
  • Deliver bold, original work that challenges industry norms and creates tangible business results for clients.
  • Align strategy with CMO, CEO, and CFO priorities , ensuring marketing initiatives drive business-wide transformation and revenue growth.
