Role Summary

As a Group Account Director (GAD) at Noble People, you will be at the heart of this mission, working with clients to unlock growth opportunities, solve challenges with agility, and deliver measurable results. This role requires a commercially minded leader who focuses on driving revenue growth that aligns with the company’s organic growth goals. You will always seek opportunities to expand partnerships, foster long-term client relationships, and ensure our work consistently exceeds expectations and delivers lasting impact.

You've Got the Evidence to Back This Up

  • Impressive client track record. Adored and trusted by clients, with a calm, confident leadership style and unwavering reliability.
  • Organic growth across a book of business. Track record of successfully not only retaining long-term business, but growing multiple accounts at once
  • Category experience, strong media familiarity. A proven track record of success in account management, client services, or marketing strategy within the advertising or media industry. Bonus if you have category experience in B2B, fintech, QSR, retail, and DTC, with a familiarity of media planning, communications strategy and buying.
  • A pitch winner and partner to sales. History of being the chosen partner to a sales lead – the individual who can orchestrate, focus and motivate a team toward winning pitches.

Essential Functions: Other Duties May Be Assigned.

1. Excellence in the Client Experience

  • Run a bullet-proof client experience - being lock-step with both the business needs and client’s professional ambition, proactive in defining the path for success, consistency and clarity in communication to keep client and agency after a shared ambition to win.
  • Anticipate challenges and opportunities before they arise, proposing swift and actionable solutions that maximize results and build client trust.
  • Be THE expert on the client’s business, category, and what it takes to win in their industry. Use this expertise to shape impactful strategies and counsel clients confidently.
  • Elevate the conversation by helping clients connect marketing efforts to broader business objectives, arming them with solutions that maximize their media investment and span beyond media into the wider marketing landscape.
  • Lead bold, strategic discussions with clients, providing both creative and data-based rationale for your recommendations.
  • For new clients, own client onboarding – Lead and structure the onboarding process to set up new client relationships for long-term success.

2. Team Leader, Securing Noble People as Indispensable Strategic Partner

  • Lead internal teams with the client ambition and intelligence to develop strategies that position Noble People’s products as valuable and indispensable to clients, making them easier to rationalize and champion to CEOs and CFOs.
  • Act as a translator between client needs and execution – responsible for translating client goals and feedback into clear, actionable steps for internal teams.
  • Build successful cross-functional relationships with Product (strategy, media, activation, etc) and Business Development teams to ensure alignment and synergy in delivering client success.
  • Build successful relationships with creative agency partners and internal teams - collaborating closely to align media strategy with creative vision and develop strong partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to contribute to pitches and new business opportunities.

3. Strategic toward Commercial Growth

  • Set annual goals for each account, including revenue goals, relationship goals and work goals - and build and manage quarterly action plans toward successfully achieving these.
  • Approach every client engagement with a commercially hungry and competitive mindset, setting high organic growth goals and identifying opportunities for incremental revenue.
  • Focus on proving that Noble People’s solutions drive tangible business results, helping win competitive pitches, expand service offerings, and sell in additional capabilities.
  • Proactively spot opportunities to expand scopes of work, upsell agency capabilities, and drive revenue growth through innovative solutions.
  • Build staff plans and fee proposals that incorporate input from Product to maintain the quality, and Operations to maximize profitability.
