We ar Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily preparation of line
- Assist in menu development
- Oversee staff and ensure standards are maintained
- Ensure proper ordering, inventory, and expediting
- Pepare and execute the best quality food with finesse and high attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and professional environment
- Follow direction, show initiative and drive and lead with kindness and respect while maintaining calm demeanor on the line
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a fine-dining establishment
- Must have superior culinary skills, refined palate and willingness to learn
- Must have high attention to detail, possess excellent communication and organization skills, be able to work in a fast-paced exhibition kitchen environment with a strong ability to work as a team
- Must execute large quantities of food while always maintaining the highest quality
- Food Handler's certificate
- Culinary education desired but not required.
