We ar Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily preparation of line
  • Assist in menu development
  • Oversee staff and ensure standards are maintained
  • Ensure proper ordering, inventory, and expediting
  • Pepare and execute the best quality food with finesse and high attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment
  • Follow direction, show initiative and drive and lead with kindness and respect while maintaining calm demeanor on the line


  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a fine-dining establishment
  • Must have superior culinary skills, refined palate and willingness to learn
  • Must have high attention to detail, possess excellent communication and organization skills, be able to work in a fast-paced exhibition kitchen environment with a strong ability to work as a team
  • Must execute large quantities of food while always maintaining the highest quality
  • Food Handler's certificate
  • Culinary education desired but not required.
