MedSide Healthcare is currently seeking a full time Bilingual Call Center Representative/Receptionist who has great customer service skills, and is able to handle multiple incoming calls while providing excellent consistent customer service.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center requirements
Review submitted information for completion, correctness and transferring data into system
Efficiently and effectively update and maintain the internal system for electronic clinical records
Perform general clerical duties to that may include: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Answering a multi-line phone and greeting visitors to the office
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects in accordance to regulatory laws
Other task assignments
Must live in or around Sandy Springs, GA area
Must Be Bilingual ** Spanish Preferred

Knowledge of basic computer systems
Be flexible and eager to learn new operations
Healthcare and/or customer service experience a plus
Previous Call Center experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Full-time 40 hrs/week
Monday - Friday (8:30-5:00 pm)
Saturday 9 am - 2 pm (once a month)
