Physical Therapist (FT) Home Health – $140k Salary

Join Our Team as a Full-Time Physical Therapist in Atlanta South Fulton!

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients as outlined in the Plan of Treatment
• Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy modalities to develop and restore function
• Deliver rehabilitative physical therapy in patients' homes as prescribed by a physician

Qualifications:

• Current PT licensure in Georgia with no sanctions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in Home Health is preferred but Not required
