We are looking for a skilled Marketing Data Analyst with strong Python expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze marketing data, develop models and provide actionable insights to enhance our marketing strategies.


  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

  • Utilize Python to process and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and quality.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

  • Perform A/B testing and other statistical analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall marketing ROI.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and datascience.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

  • Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) and their data structures.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

  • Experience with machine learning techniques and tools is a plus.

  • Experience with big data technologies is a plus.

  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
