Site Coordinator & New Business Assistant

As the Site Coordinator and New Business Assistant, you will engage with and provide administrative support to our clients, advisors, and new business team.
What You'll Do:
- Support Executive Leadership and other team members to enhance the culture at the department level and across the entire organization.
- Engage with advisors and staff to glean ideas on a better overall experience.
- Strategize with team members on best practices to improve employee engagement.
- Event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Perform administrative duties for the firm including, but not limited.
- Greeting guests, fielding phone calls and voicemails.
- Coordinating meetings and meals.
- Processing mail and faxes.
- Ordering supplies and coordinating office maintenance issues.
- Maintain a professional work environment.
New Business Assistant
- Proactively supports the new business team and advisors by coordinating information required to complete the underwriting process. Activities include, but are not limited to Coordinate and assist with ordering, tracking, and obtaining underwriting requirements.
- Deliver prompt and accurate communications regarding outstanding requirements.
- Consistent use and documentation of notes into the CRM.
- Manage the reconciliation process for invoices from third-party vendors.
- Cultivate relationships with team members, advisors, third-party vendors, and home office staff
Other Duties:
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Personally adhere to compliance, human resources, firm and company rules, policies, and guidelines.
- Promotes compliance throughout the firm and escalates concerns as appropriate.
What You'll Need:
- Prior experience with life insurance processing, operations and administration is ideal.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Able to pivot quickly on changing priorities.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced with and adaptable to technology.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Works effectively as a team member and independently.
- Committed to providing the highest level of service.
What You'll Receive:
- Biweekly compensation based on skills and experience.

- Located in Southfield, Michigan, and is in-person.
- Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm and Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.
