Our team seeks to fill the role of Practice Leader. This individual serves as the central point of cohesion and forward action for the firm. By driving our practice priorities, leading people and processes, and by effectively communicating with clients and team members, the practice manager helps the firm execute its vision of success.

How will you help grow our firm?

You will…

- Execute our vision by setting expectations and monitoring progress of clients, advisors and team members to support revenue growth

- Drive practice priorities by appropriately assigning activity to appropriate team members, and course correcting as needed

- Stay up to date on products and regulatory requirements

- Effectively and consistently communicate with practice leaders, advisors and other team members, as well as with clients and prospects

- Serve as a trusted and expressive peer to support a strongly collaborative environment

Experience needed

- Relevant experience in leading people and teams, in workflow development and implementation

- Experience establishing and maintaining systems for measuring activity

- FINRA Series 7, 63, (and 65 if part of a Registered Investment Advisor) helpful

- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills under pressure
