Job Responsibilities
- Analyze client's financial status, develop and implement financial strategies.
- Assist with financial forecasting and modeling to drive strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate with your team to share best practices and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial industry.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A desire to pursue your Life & Health Insurances licenses & FINRA Series 7 & 66 (we'll support you!)
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software.
- Previous experience in a client-facing financial role.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.

Our next training class starts on September 8th. We have offices in Metairie, Shreveport, Lafayette, LA and Pensacola, FL. This is full time position with opportunity for draw and unlimited earning potential.
