Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:

· Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus

· Market development/networking abilities

· BA, BS, and/or graduate degree or equivalent work experience required

· Willing to get Series 7/6, Series 63/66 licensed, and Life/Health licensed

Responsibilities:

· Establish strong relationships with Advisors and continuously develop their skills

· Aid Advisors in learning more about products including savings plans, life insurance, mutual funds, and other financial products

· Develop and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable for Financial Advisors

· Work with the Advisors and Marketing to generate new business

· Assist advisors in prospecting clients through networking and referrals

· Expanding Advisors knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work
