About Us:
We are looking to hire an associate to join our online e-commerce brand. The right candidate will have a positive mindset and be ready and willing to adapt in order learn all facets of an online e-commerce store. This posting is for a seasonal position that could become a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily order processing and customer service
- Handle picking and packing online orders
- Prepare and handle the shipping of inventory between warehouses
- Assist in operating e-commerce websites and third-party platforms
- Take care of other duties as assigned
- Provide customer service through phone & email
- Operate order fulfillment operations (packaging, labeling, shipping)
- Process online returns and exchanges
- Closely attend to order accuracy
- Familiarity with online shopping platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Shipstation are preferred
- All duties above will be taught so don’t be afraid if you don’t check all the boxes!
Requirements:
- E-Commerce experience (Preferred but not required)
- Analysis, problem-solving, and creative thinking
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Hard Working
- Eager to take on new duties and responsibilities when presented
- Eager to learn on the job
- Good, Positive Attitude
- Looking for someone to start immediately.
- Must be time-oriented, reliable and self-motivated
