E-Commerce Assistant

Administration | Los Angeles, CA | Full Time and Part Time

About Us:

We are looking to hire an associate to join our online e-commerce brand. The right candidate will have a positive mindset and be ready and willing to adapt in order learn all facets of an online e-commerce store. This posting is for a seasonal position that could become a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

      • Handle daily order processing and customer service
      • Handle picking and packing online orders
      • Prepare and handle the shipping of inventory between warehouses
      • Assist in operating e-commerce websites and third-party platforms
      • Take care of other duties as assigned
      • Provide customer service through phone & email
      • Operate order fulfillment operations (packaging, labeling, shipping)
      • Process online returns and exchanges
      • Closely attend to order accuracy
      • Familiarity with online shopping platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Shipstation are preferred
      • All duties above will be taught so don’t be afraid if you don’t check all the boxes!

Requirements:

    • E-Commerce experience  (Preferred but not required)
    • Analysis, problem-solving, and creative thinking
    • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
    • Hard Working
    • Eager to take on new duties and responsibilities when presented
    • Eager to learn on the job
    • Good, Positive Attitude
    • Looking for someone to start immediately.
    • Must be time-oriented, reliable and self-motivated
