Description: Under the direction of the Growth & Performance Marketing Director, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will lead the analytical and operational aspects of our marketing program to ensure successful team and business outcomes.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and continuously optimizing the strategy, processes, and tools that drive data governance, analytics and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. You will create and manage the roadmap for marketing operations, workflows and reporting, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering data-driven insights to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance. You will also define ROI and KPIs for the purpose of shaping and influencing marketing campaigns.

Our Marketing team strives to reach monthly and annual goals through innovative ideas and being highly collaborative.

What You'll Do:

  • In collaboration with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, lead and drive data governance, data quality and enrichment strategies for the sales and marketing teams
  • Lead and drive the end-to-end marketing automation processes, including email marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring, customer lifecycle campaigns, and campaign workflows, utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6Sense to increase performance KPIs and delivery rates to accelerate pipeline and revenue generation
  • Drive marketing measurement, funnel reporting, and data needs for marketing attribution and visualizing the buyer journey
  • Orchestrate collecting, disseminating and presenting data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks or KPIs to track, analyze, and report on marketing initiatives' effectiveness in generating pipeline and revenue
  • Identify and analyze data, including any anomalies, outliers or other important insights, and recommend or drive solutions to improve results
  • Design, implement, troubleshoot and refine marketing operations, including processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Document system instructions, workflows, processes or other standard procedures in shareable files, sheets, slides or other format to maximize visibility, adoption and impact
  • Monitor and ensure conversion tracking code and pixels are updated across campaigns to ensure end-to-end tracking of prospect and customer campaigns
  • Ensure marketing operations comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and update or establish data governance best practices accordingly
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with marketing, sales, enterprise applications, and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, streamline processes, and drive results
  • Set up templates and automations in our project management system, build and monitor reporting and create visibility across departments
  • Travel to industry conferences, company events, or other onsite meetings as required
  • Perform additional projects, duties or tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Certification, coursework or degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Extensive marketing experience with demonstrated success in Marketing Operations or a similar role
  • Proven experience in marketing for a B2B SaaS/Software/Technology organization, preferably at an enterprise level
  • Experience leading and driving campaign strategies, including planning, execution, and tracking of marketing activities and managing the funnel
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive alignment and accomplish goals
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn new systems and experience with martech platforms and business application systems, preferably: Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense, PowerBi/Tableau, Data Enrichment, Google Analytics, or other similar technologies
  • Exceptional prioritization, organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently with competing deadlines
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing metrics, and continuous optimization or process improvement in a marketing function
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present to all audiences
  • Proven data analysis and creative problem-solving skills with a demonstrated passion for innovation
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration, and team orientation
  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $115,000 - $145,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
