Description:

The Director of Product Management at ImageTrend leads a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to drive growth, shape our strategy, and enable the cross-functional team to scale. Ideal candidates combine a deep product management practice with a passion for people leadership and development.

What You'll Do:

  • Coach, mentor and manage a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners
  • Understand business goals and performance, product KPIs, customer needs and use data-driven insights to set priorities
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution and launch including communicating to senior executives and customers
  • Shape the portfolio-level roadmap, articulating a data-driven strategy, aligning investments to that strategy and proposing investment plans that support the strategy
  • Drive our roadmap attainment, improving delivery and Agile best practices
  • Advance product practice in customer engagement, enablement of internal teams, pricing, user experience/design and product lifecycle
  • Monitor adoption, usage and revenue impact of new services and enhancements and report on release impact as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience in Product Management with a strong background in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and transform teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Expertise in defining strategic roadmaps and driving product initiatives within a B2B SaaS environment preferably in a healthcare related field
  • Skilled in building detailed business cases and financial models to support strategic decisions
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation abilities
  • Exceptional time and project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices, with a track record of successful implementation
  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
  • Ability to travel up to 10-25% annually

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $150,000 - $190,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
