Description: Under the direction of a Revenue Operations leader, the RevOps Data Analyst Intern will learn about and support data-driven decision-making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing datasets to uncover meaningful insights for the business. This role will also gain hands-on experience working with data analysis tools and CRM systems, contributing to real-world projects across departments. It’s an ideal opportunity to start building a foundation in data analytics, business intelligence, and revenue operations.
What You'll Do:
- Collect, clean, and organize large data sets from various sources and systems to support ongoing analysis and reporting, including identifying duplicate entries, sort and detect anomalies, organize and catalog information, and create readouts for leadership
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and data needs to find and provide information as requested
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including account creation, de-duplication, or updating information to ensure data hygiene, integrity, and consistency throughout the process
- Assist with mapping, exporting and importing data into CRM or other systems
- Contribute to the creation of curated reports and dashboards for leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Participate in Summer Intern Program activities as available
- Perform additional projects, duties or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, preferably with additional exposure to or familiarity with SQL, Power query and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot or other related platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective understanding of data tables and data efficacy, including attention to detail and the ability to detect errors or inconsistencies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings and organize, analyze, and visualize data effectively
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently within a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
- Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
- Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration, and team orientation
- Ability to work in-office on a hybrid basis as required

Position Pay Rate: The hourly rate for this role is $20.00/hour. Interns will be scheduled for 40-hour work weeks during the Summer Program and are eligible for Holiday Pay and Sick Days.
