About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Technicians to support ongoing construction and industrial projects across Indiana and Ohio. Candidates will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing safety programs, and promoting a culture of workplace safety.

There are multiple openings available — one suited for an early-career safety professional and others for more experienced candidates, with pay ranges varying based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.

Support project teams in developing and implementing site-specific safety plans.

Provide safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training to field personnel.

Investigate incidents and near misses, and document findings with corrective actions.

Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Perform hazard assessments and recommend corrective measures.

Collaborate with supervisors and subcontractors to reinforce a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in occupational safety or construction-related field preferred.

Certifications:

For Safety Specialist role required BCSP credentials required (e.g., STS, STSC, CHST, GSP, etc.)

OSHA 30-Hour and OSHA 510 certifications preferred.
