We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mendix Developer for a W2 role to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in building and deploying applications using Mendix, contributing to the design, development, and enhancement of our enterprise applications. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using the Mendix platform, following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in design sessions and provide input on system architecture and application design.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing Mendix applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay updated on Mendix platform features and advancements, and recommend improvements to enhance the functionality of our applications.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mendix Developer, with a strong understanding of the Mendix platform.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, or .NET.
• Familiarity with database management and tools, specifically SQL and non-relational databases.
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves:

• Certification as a Mendix Rapid Developer.
• Experience with integrating Mendix applications with third-party services and APIs.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for application deployment.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for web applications.
• Previous experience in project management or leading small development teams.
