Role: Software Engineer in Speech (ASR)

Location :Seattle WA/Remote

Duration :Long Term


looking for a passionate, innovative, talented Senior Software Engineer in Speech (ASR), Self-Service technologies who wants to create incredible human computer interactions.

Come work with industry leading experts who’ve been designing and implementing automated speech recognition self-service solutions for nearly two decades and help them create the next generation of speech enabled self-service and simplified, hands-free applications.

  • Expertise in at least one modern programming language such as Java/JavaScript, C/C++, or Python
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in software design/development
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
  • Excellent technical problem-solving, design, coding, and testing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in person and in written form
  • Experience working in an Agile Software Development team

Java, JavaScript, SQL

  • Eclipse, Git, Rally
  • Microservices architecture (RESTful API and Graph QL)

 Additional Desired Qualification/Skills:

  • Experience in building speech recognition and natural language processing systems for commercial use
  • Experience in Cloud development
  • Experience in Microservice architecture/design
  • Experience developing speech applications for Android/iOS
  • 3+ years of experience building feature based grammars for speech recognition dialog systems
  • 3+ years of experience developing VoiceXML, ASR commercial applications
  • 2+ Kubernetes experience
  • 1+ year Redis
  • Experience with Avaya IVR and Nuance Voice Recognition

 At min must have experience with one of these -

Automated Speech Recognition (ASR),

Interactive Voice Response (IVR),

Speech Grammars/Statistical Language Models(SLM),

Text-to-Speech (TTS)
