Job Description

HR Recruiter

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as HR recruiter
  • Knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JobScore, LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, job boards and internally
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Reporting to HR manager
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills. Excellent in English and Arabic
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Helping in completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Helping in conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
  • Promoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”
