Responsibilities:

1) Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

2) Understand and create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases from business specifications

3) Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

4) Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the software development life cycle

5) Work concurrently on multiple projects each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project, multiple deliverables, team members and audiences requiring ongoing prioritization and relationship management

6) Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

7) Apply manual testing for Websites on various browsers and devices and Apps on different platform and devices

8) Design, develop and execute automation scripts

Able to understand the benefits of automation and to identify business processes that can be automated and implement automation on various projects

9) API Testing

10) Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

11) Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

12) Support developers with bug reproducing

13) Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

14) Write user guides

15) Work closely with internal teams (developers, designers and project managers) to identify system requirements and solve any arising issues

16) Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
2. Previous experience in mobile app testing (Android/IOS)
3. Previous website testing experience
4. 2/4+ years of relevant work experience
5. Previous experience in Quality Management Software and Processes
6. Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution being tested
7. Knowledge in Jira, Testrail or similar software
8. Knowledge in database testing in Microsoft SQL Server environments is a plus
9. Experience with automation using Selenium/Appium with Java is a must for a senior position
10. Excellent written and oral communication in English is a must
