You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our projects and aligning and innovating our products, offerings, and engineering technologies. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can enable our engineering team to succeed and responsibly deliver high-quality software solutions.

100% Remote - Anywhere within the Poland- B2B Contract
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Excellence: Demonstrate deep knowledge in specialized areas of our technology stack. Proactively identify opportunities to adopt new technologies, design patterns, and tools.
Project Execution: Be able to represent the technology acumen, commit, and deliver the solutions on time or exceeding expectations.
Team Influence: Drive improvements in processes and methodologies. Mentor junior team members, helping them upskill and understand the intricacies of the domain.
Leadership: Set clear technical direction for the team’s projects, ensuring that the team understands and is motivated to achieve the desired outcomes. Handle technical conflicts or challenges effectively.
Requirements:
Ruby on Rails is preferred; React.js/full stack experience is ideal.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in software development.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional and cross-geography teams.
Proven track record of mentorship and impactful team contribution.
Demonstrated expertise in software development methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
