As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality assurance and automation of our products through the implementation of robust automated testing processes with your proven track record of designing, developing and executing automated test suites for complex software applications.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the Poland
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and tools to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, identify test automation opportunities, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Write and execute automated test cases for web applications, APIs, and mobile platforms using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in test automation best practices, coding standards, and methodologies.
Continuously evaluate and improve test processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript(must have), Java, Python(nice to have).
Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Cypress (must have) and Selenium WebDriver, Appium, TestNG, JUnit (nice to have).
Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs and web services using tools like Postman, SOAPUI, or similar API testing tools.
Understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL) and experience in writing SQL queries for data validation and verification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues in automated test scripts and software applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Experience: Minimum of 5 - 8 years of professional experience in QA Automation.
