As Product Marketing Manager for Finalsite’s CMS, you will define and drive go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging to showcase the unique value of our content management platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to support product launches, develop impactful sales enablement materials, and help customers fully understand and adopt CMS features. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on building compelling narratives and connecting solutions to customer needs.
While you’ll specialize in Finalsite’s CMS, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate across Finalsite’s broader product suite as needed.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for the CMS product line
● Develop positioning and messaging that reflects product value and market differentiation
● Create launch plans, marketing campaigns, enablement materials, digital content, and communications to drive product awareness and adoption
● Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategy and positioning
● Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Client Success, Enablement, Demand Gen, and other teams to support product marketing initiatives
● Contribute to sales success by developing collateral, product training, and tools aligned to customer personas and use cases
● Maintain an expert understanding of the CMS competitive landscape, customer needs, and product roadmap
● Partner with customers to produce case studies and testimonials highlighting CMS success stories
● Identify and nurture customer advocates and product champions through social media and sales partnerships
● Track and analyze product adoption KPIs in collaboration with the Product team
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
● 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
● Track record of leading successful product launches and GTM programs
● Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success teams
● Strong messaging, positioning, and storytelling skills with a customer-centric mindset
● Familiarity with CMS, web platforms, or website technologies is a strong plus
● Excellent project management skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
● Bonus: Experience in edtech, education technology, or K–12 markets
