We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager Consultant to bring structure, visibility, and accountability to our marketing execution. This role will ensure high-impact initiatives are prioritized, managed efficiently, and delivered in alignment with company growth objectives.

100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Portfolio Planning & Execution
Partner with Marketing leadership to translate annual and quarterly goals into executable project plans, timelines, and workback schedules
Work with marketing leadership to maintain a centralized marketing initiative and campaign calendar, tracking milestones and delivery timelines
Ensure marketing projects are aligned to strategic growth initiatives, product launches, and revenue targets, proactively surfacing risks or misalignment
2. ClickUp Ownership, Governance & Optimization (Primary Focus)
Own the configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization of ClickUp as Marketing’s system of execution
Audit and clean existing projects to ensure clear ownership, accurate due dates, task completeness, and consistent naming conventions
Build and maintain scalable templates, automations, dashboards, custom fields, and AI-enabled workflows aligned to marketing processes and SLAs
Align ClickUp structures to quarterly plans, initiative roadmaps, and capacity modeling
Structure data to enable reporting on throughput, cycle time, workload distribution, and delivery performance
Provide documentation, training, and change management to ensure disciplined, standardized adoption
3. Intake, Prioritization & Capacity Management
Refine marketing intake processes and prioritization frameworks
Ensure new requests align to documented SOPs, available team capacity, and strategic priorities
Create clear visibility into workload, dependencies, and resource allocation
Automate repeatable workflows to reduce manual coordination and increase team efficiency
4. Accountability, Risk Management & Delivery Discipline
Track decision rights, task ownership, blockers, and progress across active initiatives
Hold team members accountable to deadlines and commitments through clear expectations and structured follow-up
Identify risks and bottlenecks early, escalating to Marketing leadership when needed
Facilitate focused workstream check-ins and portfolio reviews designed to drive clarity and momentum
5. Reporting & Performance Visibility
Provide concise, executive-ready status updates to Marketing leadership
Track KPIs and project outcomes to ensure initiatives remain aligned to strategic growth objectives
Improve visibility into marketing performance through structured reporting dashboards
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
5+ years of project management experience within Marketing, SaaS, or technology organizations
Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and GTM execution
Experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, with clear prioritization and deadline discipline
Hands-on experience with project management platforms, including building templates, automations, dashboards, and standardized workflows
Proven ability to improve marketing processes, intake systems, and capacity visibility to increase team efficiency
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to deliver concise, actionable updates
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to data accuracy
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments with evolving priorities
Preferred:
Direct experience configuring and optimizing ClickUp to support marketing execution,
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
PMP certification or equivalent project management training
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
