SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The Implementation and Training Consultant guides clients through successfully implementing Finalsite products and ensures their effective utilization through comprehensive training programs. This includes collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, providing hands-on support, and delivering training sessions to maximize user adoption and satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills to drive successful client engagements and foster long-term relationships.

LOCATION

100% Remote - Anywhere within the US

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the implementation and training phases.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and goals to develop tailored implementation strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and workflows, leveraging a deep understanding of Finalsite products and services.
  • To ensure successful user adoption, design and deliver comprehensive training programs, including user guides, workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions.
  • Customize training materials and approaches based on client requirements and user profiles.
  • Continuously assess and enhance training effectiveness, gathering client feedback and incorporating it into future training sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback, product enhancement requests, and potential areas of improvement.
  • Travel to client locations to deliver training and implementation consulting sessions.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or related field.
  • Proven experience in implementation and training roles, preferably in a technology-focused or consulting environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Solid understanding of training methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning principles.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly grasp and effectively communicate software or technical concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Willingness to travel domestically within the US and internationally to deliver onsite training sessions.
