Summary

The Senior Program Manager (SPgM) is responsible for the development of program creation and development, project planning and delivery in collaboration within a Global Account team. The role provides detailed development and management expertise on a global account to plan and execute projects across a commercial real estate portfolio. They will collaborate directly with senior program managers, client program sponsors, and account leadership on the development of strategies to enhance program performance, growth and client value.

This role will support day-to-day program execution, vendor coordination, reporting, and operational governance across multiple signage workstreams. The SPgM will help drive consistency across program processes, support supplier onboarding and management activities, monitor project delivery milestones, and assist with risk identification and mitigation to help ensure successful execution across a complex global portfolio.

This position is required to be onsite in Purchase, NY 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery and Execution

  • Support the execution and day-to-day management of global program initiatives across multiple sites and regions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution, delivery schedules, and operational consistency.
  • Track program milestones, risks, action items, and dependencies to support successful delivery outcomes.
  • Support implementation of program governance processes, workflows, and reporting standards.
  • Assist with program documentation, rollout planning, meeting coordination, and status reporting.
  • Monitor project schedules, permitting timelines, fabrication status, installation progress, and closeout activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements across the program.

Vendor Management

  • Support onboarding coordination, and ongoing management of vendors
  • Assist with supplier communication, bid coordination, proposal reviews, and design reviews.
  • Monitor vendor performance, schedule adherence, deliverables, and compliance with program standards.
  • Help identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor performance, logistics, permitting, and project execution
  • Maintain vendor trackers, reporting tools, and supplier performance documentation.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support communication and coordination between client stakeholders, project teams, suppliers, and leadership.
  • Participate in regular program meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and key deliverables.
  • Help ensure alignment between client expectations, operational priorities, and program execution activities.

Operational Support

  • Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and other related documents.
  • Support development and maintenance of program dashboards, trackers, reporting tools, and operational documentation.
  • Assist with workflow documentation, SOP development, process mapping, and governance materials.
  • Track budgets, invoices, forecasts, and program-related financial information.
  • Support data management activities to improve visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency across the program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of related program or project management experience.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and commercial construction project budgets desired.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Acrobat Professional or Bluebeam, MS Visio.
  • PMP, PgMPLSS Greenbelt or higher certification a plus.
  • Experience using data and analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, conflict resolution skills, and has the ability to work with all levels of management across multiple teams
  • Ability to schedule and manage time/initiatives/tasks effectively.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must have reliable transportation in the New York Metro area.
  • The person in this role needs to be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of time within U.S.
