Job Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage inventory and warehouse operations while ensuring accurate stock control and timely material availability. The ideal candidate will maintain inventory records in the ERP system, monitor stock movement, and ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to support smooth operational workflows. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment and strong knowledge of warehouse operations and material control.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement inventory control policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Manage inventory for raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress (WIP), finished goods, and critical spare parts.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs.
- Basic knowledge of DRAP requirements.
- Monitor inventory movement and conduct regular analysis to identify slow-moving, obsolete, and excess stock.
- Ensure accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system (Odoo).
- Manage inventory lot wise with expiry dates.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to ensure timely material availability.
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO and FEFO inventory practices where applicable.
- Maintain traceability of materials in accordance with ISO regulatory requirements.
- Develop and update inventory forecasting models based on production plans and historical consumption.
- Generate inventory reports and KPIs for senior management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of inventory planning, warehouse operations, and material control processes.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in ERP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
- Thorough understanding of inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
- Knowledge of warehouse management principles.
- Familiarity with barcode-based inventory systems is an advantage.
- Understanding of production planning and material requirements planning (MRP).
