Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in executing CINQCARE’s hiring operations by managing requisition set-up, job posting strategy, and recruiting workflow support across multiple entities. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and Business leaders to ensure job descriptions are accurate, recruiting activity is tracked and reported, and candidates move through the process efficiently from posting through onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in recruiting best practices, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across multiple CINQCARE entities, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer support, and pre-boarding.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, success profiles, timelines, and interview plans; provide consultative guidance on role requirements and market insights.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, social networks, professional associations, and targeted outreach to passive candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screenings (phone/video) to assess competencies, motivation, compensation alignment, and cultural fit; present qualified shortlists to Hiring Managers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling, panel preparation, and structured feedback collection to support timely decision-making.
  • Drive an inclusive, high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance; ensure clear communication, follow-up, and timely updates.
  • Prepare and manage the offer process in partnership with HR leadership, including compensation recommendations within approved ranges, offer approvals, and offer communications.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity across requisitions, candidates, and hiring stages.
  • Build and maintain active pipelines for high-priority and evergreen positions; leverage talent communities for future hiring needs.
  • Support internal mobility processes, including internal postings, transfers, and promotions; ensure alignment with job codes, compensation structures, and approvals.
  • Develop, edit, and format job descriptions within CINQCARE templates; ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance across entities and locations.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel conversion, candidate experience, and diversity outreach) and provide insights to Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Ensure recruiting processes align with applicable employment laws, EEO principles, structured interviewing, and documentation standards.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruiting marketing efforts, including job fairs, community partnerships, referral programs, and outreach campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Hiring Managers on interview best practices, ATS usage, and compliant hiring processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, HR Administrator, and business leaders to ensure seamless transitions from offer acceptance to day-one readiness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3 + years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle hiring in corporate, healthcare, high-growth, or multi-site environments (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience with proactive sourcing and talent pipelining using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting compliance and best practices, including EEO principles, structured interviewing, and documentation standards.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); ability to maintain clean data and produce recruiting reports (experience as a power user a plus).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and candidate-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to identify trends and recommend improvements (Excel proficiency preferred).
  • High degree of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.

In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
