Position Overview
The Senior Director, Implementation reports to the Vice President, Implementation & Transformation and plays a pivotal role in leading enterprise implementation and transformation efforts across CINQCARE. This role is accountable for translating strategy into execution by overseeing the design, planning, and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that enable growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
As a senior leader, the Senior Director partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure solutions are implemented efficiently, sustainably, and in alignment with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements. This role drives consistent implementation standards, ensures seamless transitions into steady-state operations, and contributes to CINQCARE’s broader transformation agenda. Key Responsibilities
The Senior Director will have the following responsibilities:
· Drive Planning, Design & Implementation: Lead the planning, design, and delivery of enterprise initiatives, implementations, and transformation programs across clinical, operational, technology, and growth domains, ensuring timely and successful completion.
· Onboarding & Deployment: Develop and execute strategies to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions, including client onboarding, internal capability readiness, and operational launch, managing delivery from initiation through stabilization.
· Strategy & Governance Meetings: Organize and lead strategy meetings and working sessions with enterprise and functional leadership, documenting and publishing detailed work plans that outline tasks and set timelines for completion, including executive governance forums and cross-functional steering committees.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors, functional leaders, implementation partners, and vendors, fostering strong relationships to ensure all needs are met throughout the implementation process.
· Status Tracking & Dashboards: Obtain regular status updates from business owners, track task completion, and escalate any barriers or delays to leadership. Develop executive-level dashboards that provide real-time visibility across the implementation portfolio.
· Internal Partnerships: Partner closely with internal teams (clinical, operational, technology, finance, growth, legal, and enablement teams) to align efforts with company goals and client needs.
· Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and refine implementation processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
· Risks, KPIs, & Performance: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, track KPIs, and monitor performance to ensure project success and alignment with organizational objectives.
· Communication: Regularly communicate progress, issues, and solutions to internal stakeholders, external clients, and other relevant parties. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to keep leadership informed.
· People Leadership: Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for project managers, fostering team growth and improving performance, including workforce planning and capacity management.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with legal, network, and business operations teams to ensure client contract requirements are met during implementation.
· Handoffs to Operations: Oversee seamless handoffs as implementations transition into steady-state operations, providing ongoing oversight or support to ensure sustained success and optimization providing ongoing oversight or support to ensure adoption, performance stabilization, and continuous optimization post-launch.
Required Qualifications
The Senior Director, Implementation should have the following qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a record of strong academic achievement. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
· Experience: 7+ years leading complex implementations, transformations, or enterprise initiatives within healthcare, managed care, services, or similarly regulated environments, including experience scaling programs and teams.
· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and present complex concepts and models in a straightforward and engaging manner to CINQCARE’s team, key stakeholders, and external vendors.
· Skills:

o Skilled in using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) to effectively execute projects, create presentations, and design process workflows.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
Work is performed indoors in a setting with conditioned air and artificial light. Travel to and work in offices or other environments is required.
In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
