Overview

The Senior Director of Clinical Vendor Management and Data Analytics reports to the VP Clinical. This role is critical in ensuring the effective management of clinical vendors, the development of robust reporting systems, and the oversight of vendor contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management, data analytics, and reporting leadership. Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Clinical Vendor Management and Data Analytics will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Vendor SLA Management

· Define and set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for clinical vendors.

· Ensure SLAs align with CINQCARE’s operational and quality standards.

· Monitor and report on vendor performance against SLAs.

· Identify areas for improvement and work with vendors to enhance service delivery.

  1. Clinical Extract Module Development

· Develop a module to extract clinical data for performance tracking.

· Ensure the module integrates seamlessly with existing systems.

· Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

· Provide training and support to users of the module.

  1. Reporting Leadership

· Lead the development of comprehensive reports for the clinical team and practice performance team.

· Create and/or remediate reports to include clinical performance, practice performance, KPIs, and quality metrics.

· Ensure all reports meet CINQCARE’s standards and requirements.

· Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

  1. Vendor Contract Oversight

· Provide regular updates and detailed reports on vendor compliance and performance.

· Negotiate contract terms and manage renewals to ensure favorable conditions for CINQCARE.

· Address and resolve any issues or disputes with vendors promptly.

  1. ADT Implementation and Coverage Analytics

· Oversee the implementation of Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) systems.

· Develop and manage analytics related to ADT coverage.

· Ensure ADT systems are integrated with clinical workflows and reporting tools.

· Monitor ADT data to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

  1. Executive Leadership and Collaboration

· Demonstrate executive leadership presence in all interactions.

· Collaborate with market presidents and senior leadership to align vendor management and reporting strategies with organizational goals.

· Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

· Represent CINQCARE in meetings with external stakeholders and vendors

General Duties

The Senior Director of Clinical Vendor Management and Data Analytics should have the following duties:

  • Leadership: Senior Director of Clinical Vendor Management and Data Analytics will lead in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value in clinical operations, including building a team to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Strategy: Senior Director of Clinical Vendor Management and Data Analytics will establish the business strategy and roadmap: (1) improve outcomes for CINQ Care Inc. members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQ Care Inc. business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQ Care products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
  • Collaboration: Senior Director of Clinical Vendor Management and Data Analytics will ensure that clinical operations capabilities form a cohesive offering, including by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQ Care Inc.
  • Knowledge: Senior Director of Clinical Vendor Management and Data Analytics will provide subject matter expertise in the clinical operations solutions, including determining and recommended approaches for clinical operations, solution deployment and performance evaluation.
  • Culture: Senior Director of Clinical Vendor Management and Data Analytics is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for the clinical operations team and as part of the larger Company.

Qualifications

The Senior Director of Clinical Vendor Management and Data Analytics should have the following qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in clinical management or a related field.
  • Expertise: Developing performance tracking modules, and leading reporting initiatives.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of clinical performance metrics, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree of science Nursing, or a related field. Advanced degree in Science nursing informatics.
  • Entrepreneurial. CINQ seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQ is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise.
  • Communication. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQ’s team, investors, partners and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Relationships. Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents.
  • Culture. Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding and entrepreneurial Company.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

Work is performed indoors in a setting with conditioned air and artificial light. Travel to and work in offices or other environments is required.

In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
