Overview

The Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator reports to the VP Clinical Enablement with accountability for providing strategy, judgment, organization, and evidenced-based analysis to influence decisions, and directly to meet CINQCARE requirements. Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead Clinical Programs: Oversee and lead the implementation of clinical programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced Healthcare Provider Collaboration: Work closely with CINQCARE providers to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols, providing expert support and resources.
  • Complex Clinical Data Management: Collect, manage, and analyze complex clinical data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • High-Level Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clinical teams, administrative staff, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and patient care.
  • Project Management Support: Provide advanced support in planning, executing, and monitoring clinical projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Vendor Management Support: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and products, manage vendor relationships, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Claims Processing Monitoring and Support: Monitor claims processing activities, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support the resolution of any discrepancies or issues.
  • Progress Reporting: Monitor and report on the progress of clinical projects and initiatives, providing regular updates to clinical leadership.
  • Ad Hoc Support for Clinical Initiatives: Provide flexible and responsive support for various clinical initiatives as needed, ensuring timely and effective execution.

General Duties

The Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator should have the following duties:

  • Leadership: The Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator will lead in defining and executing strategies and solutions to create business value in clinical operations, including building a team to design, develop, and execute those strategies and solutions to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Strategy: The Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator will establish the business strategy and roadmap: (1) improve outcomes for CINQ Care Inc. members; (2) enhance the efficacy of other CINQ Care Inc. business divisions; and (3) develop and deliver external market opportunities for CINQ Care products and services. In establishing the business strategy, the Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator will define and innovate sustainable revenue models to drive profitability of the Company.
  • Collaboration: The Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator will ensure that clinical operations capabilities form a cohesive offering, including by working closely with other business divisions to learn their needs, internalize their knowledge, and define solutions to achieve the business objectives of CINQ Care Inc.
  • Knowledge: The Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator will provide subject matter expertise in the clinical operations solutions, including determining and recommended approaches for clinical operations, solution deployment and performance evaluation.
  • Culture: The Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator is accountable for creating a productive, collaborative, safe and inclusive work environment for the clinical operations team and as part of the larger Company.

Qualifications

The Senior Clinical Enablement Coordinator should have the following qualifications:

  • Education. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree with a record of strong academic achievement.
  • Experience. At least 2 years of clinical operations experience. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of relevant clinical operations experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Entrepreneurial. CINQ seeks to fix gaps that have persisted for generations in the delivery of care to Black and Brown populations. This position is accountable for ensuring CINQ is positioned to innovatively deliver on its promise.
  • Communication. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQ’s team, investors, partners and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Relationships. Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents.
  • Culture. Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding and entrepreneurial Company.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

Work is performed indoors in a setting with conditioned air and artificial light. Travel to and work in offices or other environments is required.

In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
