Overview

The Director will support CINQCARE’s business, relationships and products within the market by overseeing and optimizing daily operational activities. The role requires strong project management coordination and organizational skill. This Director ensures that clinical and business operations are efficient and aligned with the strategic goals and mission of the organization. This role collaborates closely with external partners, department leads, clinical operations staff and senior leadership. They should embody CINQCARE’s core values, including, Trusted, Empathetic, Committed, Humble, Creative and Community-Minded. At CINQCARE, we don’t have patients or customers – we have Family Members.

Primary Responsibilities

The Director will have the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day market operations, ensuring that project tasks are completed in alignment with scalable business operational and financial goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to market teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure delivery of scalable solutions to deliver and monitor proper training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Coordinate project activities and facilitate communication between market teams and other departments to drive operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on operational key performance indicators, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Utilize operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. Use insights to make informed decisions that enhance market performance.
  • Facilitate process improvements in collaboration with business operations and other internal departments.
  • Assist in managing client deliverables by synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support market-level initiatives by coordinating their implementation and ensuring successful execution.
  • Regularly engage with local communities, providers, and key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced within the market.
  • Manage other duties as requested/required based on business needs.

General Duties

  • Leadership: The Director will lead the day-to-day operations by coordinating resources, managing market teams, and executing operational strategies to deliver desired outcomes. The Director will provide operational leadership, ensuring that teams have the tools and guidance needed to meet market objectives.
  • Strategy: The Director will assist in developing and implementing operational strategies that (1) improve the delivery of care and outcomes for CINQCARE’s family members; (2) support the operational efficiency of CINQCARE's internal teams; and (3) contribute to the market growth and the effective delivery of CINQCARE’s services.
  • Collaboration: The Director will collaborate with other business divisions and cross-functional teams to ensure that market operations align with broader organizational goals. This includes gathering input from various departments, internalizing their needs, and implementing solutions that drive operational success.
  • Knowledge: The Director will develop a deep understanding of CINQCARE’s operations, processes, and services. They will utilize their expertise in healthcare operations to ensure that processes are optimized and aligned with the company’s goals and the communities it serves.
  • Culture: The Director is accountable for fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. They will work hands-on with the team in the field, ensuring a productive and supportive environment that aligns with CINQCARE’s mission and values.

Qualifications

The Director should have the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Ideal candidates will have 7-10 years of experience in healthcare, business operations, healthcare strategy or provider-based setting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
    • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring operational success through hands-on guidance and strategic oversight.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across departments.
    • Expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate business solutions and challenges in an accessible manner to CINQCARE’s team and other stakeholders. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Relationships: Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents.
  • Culture: Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player; desire to succeed and grow in a fast-paced, demanding, and entrepreneurial Company.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:

In-office work (minimum three days per week) is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open workspace.

In this position you will need an to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
