Position Overview
The Regional Director, Community Engagement is responsible for leading and driving community engagement strategy across multiple markets within a designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with dep experience in community-based outreach and team leadership to ensure alignment between national priorities, regional execution, and fostering strong community partnerships. You will serve as the Chief Connector for your region, building relationships with influential stakeholders, guiding engagement strategy, and ensuring operational excellence across markets. Your work ensures that every field interaction is backed by strong operational support and aligned with CINQCARE’s purpose and engagement performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Leadership
- Oversee engagement operations across multiple markets within the region.
- Lead, coach, and develop Community Engagement Managers to ensure high-performing teams.
- Set regional priorities and ensure alignment with national engagement strategy.
- Strategic Planning
- Oversee field readiness making sure Experience Managers and Specialists have the right training, resources, and tools in place before launch.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement regional engagement strategies tailored to local market needs.
- Monitor KPIs across markets (trust scores, outreach volume, engagement conversions).
- Identify trends, barriers, and opportunities to inform organizational engagement strategy.
- Community Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with regional influencers (faith leaders, civic organizations, business networks).
- Represent the company at regional meetings, events and forums.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with national engagement, clinical operations, marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of community engagement efforts and care.
- Partner with Marketing and National Engagement leads to finalize scripts, toolkits, and training materials, ensuring alignment with CINQCARE’s trust-first engagement model.
- Collaborate with National Engagement and Intelligence to connect performance data to field improvements (e.g., adjusting outreach cadences, updating toolkits).
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with company standards and fidelity to engagement approach.
- Oversee resource allocation and budget management for regional engagement activities.
- Own project management for engagement implementations (e.g., contracts, vendor partners, market activations) by coordinating requirements, to ensure go-live, engagement is timely, consistent, and implemented with fidelity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public health, communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 8+ years of experience in community engagement, field operations, program management; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing field based teams statewide
- Proven ability to cultivate strategic community partnerships aligned with CINQCARE’s purpose and presence that deliver measurable results.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (Medicaid managed care and Medicare)
- Proficiency with CRM and engagement tools; Salesforce experience preferred.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, travel extensively within the market and region; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job include:
In-office work is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with air conditioning, artificial light, and an open workspace.
In this position you will need to communicate with customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 10 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
