About You

The Provider Network Coordinator should have the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis in a healthcare or managed care setting required
  • Skills: Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI and data visualization software; strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to develop and interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively; knowledge of healthcare provider data terminology, regulations, and industry standards; experience with provider databases, CRMs and healthcare information systems is preferred;
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

About the Job

The Provider Network Coordinator will report to the National Network Operations Lead, and play a pivotal role in supporting the development and enhancement of a cohesive approach for CINQCARE's networks across its provider and payer portfolio. This role will be responsible for supporting network deliverables across markets; focusing on collecting, organizing, and maintaining provider and organizational data and documentation. Additionally, they will provide research and analysis reporting to support network development activities. The Provider Network Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, and maintain provider data from internal and external sources.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of provider information in databases and systems.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with respective payers to ensure that provider rosters are kept up to date for each payer and line of business they participate in.
  • Analyze provider data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to network performance and strategic objectives.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with network development teams to identify provider recruitment targets and support recruitment efforts.
  • Support the management of provider contracts by tracking contract terms and milestones and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to streamline data management and reporting processes.
  • Develop and implement best practices for provider data management and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including network account management, finance, AI and IT, to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on provider data-related matters and provide guidance and support to internal teams as needed.
  • And of course, perform other job-related duties as assigned.

The working environment and physical requirements of the job for the Provider Network Coordinator include:

This position requires on-site work. The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting with conditioned air, artificial light, and an open work space.

In this position you will need an ability to communicate customers, vendors, management, and other co-workers in person and over devices, sometimes with people who are agitated. Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Must be able to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Lifting of up to 30 lbs. occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Good reasoning ability is important. Able to understand and utilize management reports, memos, and other documents to conduct business.
